2-4 servings of dairy
2-3 mean products, so does that mean i'm supose to have:

5 bagels a day, 5 apples a day, 2 glasses of milk, and 2 chicken leggs a day?

Basically, not necessarily those things everyday, you can mix it up. Remember, if it fits in you hand its probably a serving.
