What are some really high fibre foods?
Grain Products:
* whole grain breads, buns, bagels, muffins
* Bran Flakes, All Bran, bran Buds, Corn bran, whole wheat Shreddies, 100% Bran and Fiber 1
* Cooked

I am 38 years old, want to put on some weight to my body. Please advise some easily digestible fibre rich foods.
To gain weight in a healthy fashion requires eating calorie dense yet nutritious food. An example of a breakfast while on the weight gain diet includes museli, chopped nuts, a banana, milk and fruit juice.
I have heard that fibre stops food cravings and fills u up more...what foods should I eat?

Ok i had a huge binge today... i gained 3lbs after eating... lol but its ok i just need to eat something high in fiber to get it all out of my body??? All bran (the cereal) doesn't really work anymore for me for some reason :S Can you suggest anything
grains, beans, lentils, raspberries, cooked peas, cooked artichoke, carrots, broccoli, apples (with the skin)

@ I'm finding higher protein foods are filling, also higher fibre foods. Try to drink lots of water too.
