Hi im 14 and i do a cooking and hospitality course at school i have passed my food hygiene course and have my certificate and enjoy cooking and can cook and prepare a range of dishes what jobs could i get out of school hours and weekends?

i'm not 100% sure but i think you need to be 18 due to use of knives etc and the cookers, defo the knife thing anyways and you'll need to go to your education dept for permision and an after school permit,good

I need one..and would prefer to do one online..but will it be valid just as a certificate offered from a local college? will people accept me with that online certificate?

The mode of study (at least in so far as the foundation certificate in food hygeine) is largely irrelevant. I did mine by distance learning, my wife did hers at college. So long as it is a reputable trainer
