my neighbour owns a small chinese takeaway. but im pritty sure there cooking the food in there house then taking it up to there takeaway so just want to know if this is ililegal and if i can report this to the food standards agency how i can report it

Any restaurant selling food to the public has to have their cooking areas inspected regularly by the local authorities. If they fail to do so, they will be closed down.

I've never heard of the group, but foods need to be stored either below 41°F or kept above 135°F.

When reheating, ALL foods need to be brought above 165°F for 15 seconds or more.
