For a project, I have to build a 3D human body model that contains the list of organs that my teacher gave me. What are some ideas on how to make one? (like withe playdough, doll etc)

I need a 3D human body and need to give the ability to paint it by users. I need a 360 degree view. which software or extension could help me?
Could I do that with Macromedia flash and poser?

by paint do you mean change the color of the entire figure? Or just part? If it's the entire figure then yeah flash and poser will totally work. If you want the user to be able to paint parts of the image
